Uniphos Enterprises Limited is engaged in the business of trading of chemicals. At present the trading activities of the Company is on a very small scale. The Company continues to look at new opportunities of trading in chemicals in India and abroad. The management feels that there is a very good scope in trading of chemicals and business can be very profitable. The Company is also holding 3,95,19,431 fully paid-up equity shares and 49,39,947 partly paid-up equity shares of UPL Limited.
