Uniphos Enterprises Limited is engaged in the business of trading. At present the trading activities of the Company is on a very small scale. The Company continues to look at new opportunities of trading in India and abroad. The management feels that there is a very good scope in trading and business can be very profitable. The Company is also holding 4,16,99,378 fully paid-up equity shares of UPL Limited.
